September 5th.


Cardiff devils v Nottingham panthers:

Game ended 3-0 Cardiff devils.


The first goal of the night scored by Bayley Harewood assisted by Ryan Barrow and Brett Perlini. Goal time 15:39, gave the Devils a 1-0 lead with under 5 minutes left in the first period.


The Devils doubled their lead when Joey Martin got himself a goal, assisted by Kohen Olischefski and Evan Mosey. Goal time 44:00.


Cardiff finished off the scoring for the night when Mark Richardson found the back of the net, assisted by Tyson Helgesen goal time 59:42.


The game saw a fight between Cedric Lacroix and Joshua Tetlow on the 11:51 mark with Tetlow coming out on top.

September 6th.

Dundee Stars v Fife Flyers:

Game ended in OT after score was 2-2 in regulation time. Dundee went onto get the winner in overtime.


Dundee took a quick two goal lead in the first period with the first goal coming on 03:15 scored by Keanu Yamamoto, assisted by Bradley Schoonbaert and Kameron Kielly.


The second goal was scored on 07:32 by Keanu Yamamoto and was unassisted.


Fife started their comeback on the 23:59 mark. First goal scored by Mason Alderson assisted by Keaton Jameson and Jonas Emmerdahl. The equaliser goal in regulation time came from Joshua Winquist on 41:11, assisted by Ryan Nicholson and Justin Ducharme.


Jeremy Masella and Hampus Olsson dropped the gloves with 6 seconds of regulation time to go, before heading to overtime.


Dryden Dow got the winner 3 minutes and 16 seconds into overtime assisted by Matt Berry.


Guildford flames v Cardiff Devils:

Game ended 3-1 to Cardiff devils pick up two wins on bounce during preseason.


First goal came from Ryan Barrow 5 minutes and 33 seconds into the first period, assisted by Connor Caponi and Jimmy Oligny.


The second goal came from Nolan Yaremko on 16:46 in the first, with Cole Sanford and Evan Mosey picking up the assists.


The Devils final goal of the night came from Nolan Yaremko who netted his second of the night with Evan Mosey colleting his second assist for the night on 38:09.


Guildford pulled a goal back with under two minutes left on the clock at the 58:07 mark.


Mathieu Gosselin got the late goal and was helped out by teammates Jamal Watson and Lewis Hook.


Manchester Storm v Sheffield Steelers:

Game ended 4-2 to Sheffield Steelers in regulation time.


The first goal came 03:35 scored by Mitchel Balmas and assisted by Stephen Harper. (Sheffield Steelers).


The second goal was scored by Ryan Tait and was assisted by Nick Seitz and Captain Robert Dowd.


The third goal scored by Evan Jasper on 40:34 assisted by Ryan Tait who got his second assist of the night.


Manchester started to find the back of the net on the 47:56 mark scored by Gary Haden and assisted by Dennis Busby.


With under 6 minutes to go in the third period, Stephen Johnson grabbed another goal for Manchester Storm. Assisted by Gary Haden goal scorer now turned playmaker and Dennis Busby popping up for his second assist of the game.


The Storms comeback was halted in its tracks when Derek Gentile, Gently ended Manchester efforts in third. Scoring the steelers fourth with 3 minutes to go. Assisted by Stephen Harper and Mitchell Balmas.


Overtime was played for the new 3-on-3 format with Manchester getting the goal to end the night just 43 seconds in the overtime, scored by Brady Gilmour assisted by Kaleb Ergang.


Nottingham Panthers v Coventry Blaze:

Game ended 4-1 win for Nottingham Panthers in regulation.


Mathhew Maricnew got the scoring underway for the panthers on 03:35 assisted by Tim Doherty and Chase Pearson.


Coventry Blaze then Levelled the game up at 1-1 on 15:09. Scored by Alessio Luciani assisted by teammate Archie Hazeldine.


The panthers then got their second goal on 34:13 scored by David Noel assisted by Ross Armour and Bryan Lemos.


Nottingham added a third goal in the second period on 38:53 with Zsombor Finding the back of the net helped out by Matthew Marcinew and Nolan Volcan picking up a point after his fresh move.


The scoring wasn’t finished for Nottingham as Captain Ollie Betteridge grabbed a goal in his testimonial year, is this a sign for things to come in the big game? The skipper was assisted by Nolan Volcan who seems to be settling into life in Nottingham well after a short time in the midlands.


Sunday 7th September.


Coventry Blaze v Guildford Flames:

Game ended 3-2 to Coventry Blaze.


Coventry took the lead on 03:41 through William Boysen.


The Blaze added a second in first period this time through Captain Kim Tallberg scored 8 minutes into the game assisted by Mike Pelech.


Guildford pulled a goal back to make it 2-1 with Marcus Tesnik finding the net on 8:46, a quickfire goal to reply almost instantly.


Grant Mismash regained the two goal advantage when Boysen and Jack Hopkins assisted 4 minutes into the second period.


The Flames got their second of the night 2 minutes into the final period of action, with Tyler Preziuso slotting in the goal helped out by teammate Sean Comrie.


Fife Flyers v Dundee Stars:

Game ended 3-2 to Dundee Stars


Fife took the lead through Jonas Emmerdahl to make it 1-0 Flyers in the first period, assisted by Winquist and Ducharme.


The flyers got a second goal when Svendsen found the net with Winquist getting his second point of the night and Masella recording a point also.


Nieminen pulled one back for the Stars assisted by Olsson.


Olsson then got a goal for himself, getting his second point of the night to level the game up.


Kielly then went onto grab the winner for Dundee and complete the comeback in the final preseason outing for both sides.
